Full-time : Community Manager

We are Clark Influence, a content and  influencer marketing agency based in Montreal.We’re looking for creative and enthusiastic people to join us on our adventure. For the past three years, we’ve been supporting world-renowned brands in developing their content and influence strategy. Although most of our campaigns have been carried out across North America, our ambition reaches high and pushes us to play out on the international scene. We have already collaborated with more than 1500 influencers and more than 100 brands such as A&W, Bombardier, IGA, Liberté, Montreal Airport, Babybel, Guadeloupe Tourist Office and Air France, to name a few.

Role

The Clark Influence team is looking for its next Community Manager to support us on different projects! We are fortunate to have clients in various fields, a young, dedicated team and fun every day!

Under the responsibility of the Strategy Director, your main missions are:

 

Stains

  • Define and manage the editorial strategy of our clients on social networks

  • Manage the community management of our advertiser clients

  • Be a force of proposal to imagine new ways of federating and engaging the communities of our customers and prospects

  • Pilot the design of visuals and videos with our production team as well as our partners

  • Develop a cross-vision between content marketing and influencer marketing to optimize the editorial strategy of our clients

  • Ensure editorial monitoring and a competition audit

  • Measure the performance of your digital strategy and present the results and optimizations to our customers

Professional skills

  • You have a structuring experience as a Community Manager and you want to manage our future Community Manager pole.

  • You are sensitive to an entrepreneurial challenge and wish to help define the social media orientations of our agency.

  • You are organized, able to manage several projects in parallel and prioritize them.

  • Rigor, organization, sense of initiative and autonomy

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position within an agency or advertiser

  • Bilingual (French / English)

  • You have irreproachable French and writing skills

  • Passionate about social media (Facebook, blogs, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, Clubhouse, Twitch ...) and new technologies

Aimer les challenges. Pas seulement professionnels, cela peut aussi bien se jouer au curling que face à un appel d’offre. Si on croit qu’on ne peut pas le faire, alors c’est qu’il faut surement le faire !

Être proactif, mais vraiment ! Tu aimes les idées sous toutes leurs formes et d’où qu’elles viennent. Toute initiative sera la bienvenue.

Avoir une grosse culture digitale. Surfer jusqu’à pas d'heure pour se nourrir de tout ce qui circule sur le web. C’est le moment de passer à la fibre !

Parler le social. À l’heure de la communication social-first, il est essentiel de savoir raconter des histoires et engager des discussions autour des marques. Tu penses pouvoir leur apporter une dimension sociale en exploitant leurs contenus avec un nouvel éclairage? Alors viens! Si c'est pour balancer un contenu creux juste pour remplir une page ? Très peu pour nous.

Savoir entretenir son réseau. Chez Clark, on recrute les personnes capables de tisser des liens professionnels qui leur permettent de toujours trouver le petit génie qui aura la réponse à la question à un million de bitcoins. Qu’il soit à trois blocs de là, ou en train de faire une production en Gaspésie.

Garder l’esprit grand ouvert. C’est peut-être finalement le point le plus important. Clark influence n’a ni âge, ni sexe, ni intolérance au gluten.
